Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement is an historic Black organization that has provided social justice and community health services in San Francisco since 1971.  We were founded to address the issue of African-Americans treated unjustly in the criminal justice system. Since then, we have grown to address the emergent issues facing multicultural disadvantaged people in the Bayview and other communities.

 

We have provided outpatient behavioral health services in the Bayview and other San Francisco communities since the 1970s. Over 400 clients are served annually.
